Trent left Amazon after nearly 9 years leading global expansion and AI initiatives—including Last Mile Delivery innovation and Alexa AI Privacy—with a clear mission: help businesses operationalize AI using the same methods that drive success at Amazon and Big Tech.
At Amazon, Trent led teams to deploy AI solutions at massive scale, always focused on operational outcomes, not just technology adoption. From this experience, he developed the AI SPRINT AI Transformation Framework inspired by Amazon's approach to making AI work in real business operations.
After leaving Amazon, Trent saw a troubling pattern: businesses knew AI mattered but had no clear path forward. They wasted time on consultants who delivered decks but no implementation. They ran experiments that never scaled.
So Trent founded Stellis AI to share the frameworks, methods, and best practices that make AI transformation repeatable and accessible for organizations of every size.
